HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!
Happy anniversary Spencer! We have been married 8 years as of today. I couldn't ask for a better husband, father and best friend. I LOVE YOU SWEETIE!!!
A DAY AT THE ZOO
Friday night Spencer had some time off, (which is rare at this time of year), so we took the kids to Tautphaus Park Zoo. It was so fun to watch the kids looking at all the animals. They were thrilled to see the Tiger and the baby lions. I think the best part was just hanging out with our own little family for the afternoon. Here's a few pics.
DIRTY LAUNDRY
So, the other day I was helping Anna practice her piano, when I heard a faint crying over top of the pounding away on the keys. I told Anna to be quiet, and I could still hear something. I yelled out "Lyndsie. . . Where are you?" She answered sobbing "I'm stuck help!!!!! I followed the crying, only to find Lyndsie in Abby's laundry basket looking quite helpless. I couldn't help but laugh, and I left her there crying until I could grab my camera. It was hillarious!!!

THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
KINDERGARTEN. . .
HERE WE COME!!!
Lyndsie was super worried about kindergarten yesterday, because at back-to-school night, her teacher couldn't be there because her father died and the funeral was yesterday. After a blessing from dad this morning and a little pep talk, she was ready to go! 11:30 felt like forever away, since Anna got on the bus at 7:15. For any of you who have had a first time kindergartener, you will understand how long this morning was! Here is what our morning was like.
7:25 A.M Backpack on. . . .
Taking some pictures to pass the time. . .
Watching T.V. . . (notice the backpack is still on)
waiting for the bus. . . I guess I'll read Dick and Jane
STILL WAITING. . .
STILL WAITING. . . . .
Mom, is the bus EVER going to come ?. . . .
Oh! The Bus is in View!
Have a GREAT day Lyndsie!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LYNDSIE!!!
Happy Birthday Lyndsie!!!! Your the big 5!
This is "Baby Alive". I never thought we would have a doll that actually wets it's diaper, but it has been so much fun for the girls. The only downside is buying the diapers!

We spent the day at the school playing at the playground, followed by a little picnic, and then a splashing time at Grandma Silly's pool. You should check out Anna and Lyndsie's
